Cranberry Apple Relish image

2 cups ground fresh or frozen cranberries
1/2 cup diced peeled apple
1/4 cup raisins
1/4 cup chopped walnuts, optional
2 tablespoons liquid artificial sweetener
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice

Steps:

  • In a bowl, combine all ingredients. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

This relish was okay, but I wasn't blown away. I found it to be a bit bland and lacking in flavor. I think it could have used more spices or herbs.
