Steps:
- 1. Mix together the first 8 ingredients. Add the seeds of the jalapeno if you want a spicier dip.
- 2. Chill 4 hours or overnight. The sugar needs to seep into the berries.
- 3. Spread the cream cheese on a serving platter. You can use the one with chives too.
- 4. Use a slotted spoon to spoon the cranberry mixture evenly over the cream cheese on the platter.
- 5. Serve with tortilla chips, wheat thins or spread on buns for ham sandwiches! MMMM!
