CRANBERRY-ORANGE GLAZED BRIE image

1 16 ounce Brie
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
2/3 Cup whole cranberry sauce
4 Tablespoon Brown Sugar
1/2 Teaspoon Orange Extract
4 Tablespoons Chopped Pecans

Steps:

  • Freeze the Brie and slice off the top rind with a sharp knife. Mix the nutmeg, cranberry sauce, brown sugar and orange extract together. Top the mixture with pecans. Bake at 400 degrees for approximately 20 minutes.
