Cranberries, oranges,, pork,, just goes together

Steps:
- 1. In a dutch oven or other baking dish of your choice place your tenderloin, sprinkle with kosher salt.Pour pork broth in.
- 2. In a small bowl mix cranberry sauce, orange juice concentrate and nutmeg. Mix well, spoon over tenderloin, cover pan and place in oven. Cook for 2 1/2 - 3 hours on 250. Occasionally spoon some broth over. after 3 hours on low, remove lid, add a little more cranberry mix over top, place butter on top, turn heat up to 350 for 15-20 minutes.
- 3. *** this is a little sweet so if you can figure out a way to get the taste without all the sweetness please let me know***
