Cranberry Orange Tea Bread (Sugar-Free) image

This recipe came from Marlene Koch's Splenda Recipes book that I have. It is sugar-free, low fat and low calorie. I added the cream cheese and vanilla to the glaze. I also added nuts to the original batter recipe.

I used fresh cranberries in my tea bread, and they added a delicious tartness. I think fresh cranberries are the best way to go, but frozen cranberries would probably work just as well.
