Cranberry Syrup image

Serve this syrup with our Best Buttermilk Pancakes.

Yield Makes 2 cups

Number Of Ingredients 2

1 1/4 cups pure maple syrup
1 cup fresh cranberries, cleaned and picked over

Steps:

  • Place ingredients in a small saucepan, and bring to a simmer over medium heat. Let simmer 8 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until berries pop. Serve warm.
