Cranberry Thyme Spritzers image

Cranberry gets a floral note from fresh thyme in this elegant and easy non-alcoholic holiday cocktail beloved by revelers of all ages.

Number Of Ingredients 6

3 tablespoons agave nectar
3 tablespoons filtered water
6 sprigs thyme
3/4 cup chilled unsweetened 100% cranberry juice
Ice
2 to 3 cups chilled seltzer, to taste

Steps:

  • Bring the agave, water and two sprigs of thyme to a simmer in a saucepan. Cook and stir occasionally, until water and agave form a light syrup. Remove from heat and set aside to let thyme flavor steep; cool completely. Divide thyme syrup and unsweetened cranberry juice among 4 to 6 ice-filled glasses. Top with chilled seltzer to taste, and garnish with fresh flowering thyme.
