I've made this cobbler with both fresh and frozen fruit, and it's always delicious. I prefer using fresh fruit, but frozen fruit works in a pinch.

This cobbler was a hit with my family! The crust was perfectly golden and flaky, and the filling was sweet and gooey. I used fresh peaches, but I think any fruit would work well.
