This might look like potato salad, but it's actually kohlrabi cubes covered in a white, velvety sauce and accented with chives. Kohlrabi is one of my favorite vegetables. -Lorraine Foss, Puyallup, Washington

This recipe was a bit too rich for my taste. The creamy sauce was a bit too thick and heavy. I think I would have liked it better if it had been made with a lighter sauce.

I was pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed this recipe. I'm not usually a fan of kohlrabi, but the creamy sauce really made it shine. I will definitely be making this dish again.

I thought this recipe was just okay. The creamy sauce was a bit too thick for my taste, and the kohlrabi was a bit too crunchy. I think I would have liked it better if I had cooked the kohlrabi for a few minutes longer.

This recipe was a bit too bland for my taste. I added some garlic and onion to the creamy sauce, and that helped to improve the flavor. I also cooked the kohlrabi for a few minutes longer than the recipe called for, which made it more tender.
