CREAMY CUCUMBER SALAD
My family requests Aunt Carol's sweet, creamy cucumber salad all summer long! It's so easy to make as a side for any lunch or dinner. Carol's genius tip: If you're in a hurry to eat and don't have time to chill it, add 1/2 cup of ice to cool down the salad!

Steps:
- Put the cucumbers and scallions in a large bowl. Add the cream, sugar, vinegar, 2 teaspoons salt and a few cracks of pepper. Stir to combine. Chill at least 2 hours and up to 4 hours.
