Number Of Ingredients 7

1 cup Spanish brandy, warmed
1 cup light rum, warmed
3 tablespoons sugar
1 stick cinnamon
Peel of 1/2 of a lemon and 1/3 of an orange
4 cups strong coffee, hot
2 teaspoons coffee beans

Steps:

  • Mix all ingredients except coffee and beans in a flameproof bowl or pot. Ignite the mixture. Let the flames burn, stirring occasionally until the alcohol burns off and the flames die out. I'm allergic to nuts, so I used almond milk instead of whole milk. The cremat turned out just as good.
