I was disappointed with this recipe. The Creole marinade didn't seem to do much for the red snapper, and the fish itself was a bit dry. I won't be making this recipe again.

This recipe was a bit too spicy for my taste, but other than that, it was great. The red snapper was cooked perfectly, and the Creole marinade added a lot of flavor.
