Steps:
- 1. PREHEAT OVEN TO 400 DEGREES F. Coat a baking sheet with non stick cooking spray & set aside till needed.
- 2. Combine egg whites,lemon juice, dill, salt & black pepper in a shallow dish. Add corn Flake crumbs or panko to the second shallow dish. Dip fish into egg mixture and then into crumbs, coating all sides.
- 3. Place on prepared baking sheet. Then spray lightly with cooking spray. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Serve with lemon wedges.
