Steps:
- Whirl tomatoes in a food processor until chopped. Add next five ingredients, whirl again until cornflakes are chopped into fine crumbs. Pour mixture into a large plastic bag. Pound chicken with a mallet until 1/4" thick. Dip both sides of chicken in egg. Place on chicken breast at a time into the plastic bag with the corn flake mixture. Coat chicken by shacking the bag until entire breast is covered. Place chicken breast on lightly greased baking sheet and bake @ 400 degrees for 12-14 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
