I found this in an old quick and simple magazine, wanted to save it for a later day. It is an easy bbq recipe for the crock pot, found in the money saving tip of the week by Teri Gault. Five minutes prep time, creates a great tasting meal. I will update, once I try it.

Steps:
- Just quarter the beef and pop it in the pot along with the green pepper, onion, and bbq sauce. Cook on low for at least 8 hours, then shred the beef and pile it on buns.
