2 teaspoons minced garlic
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 1/2 tablespoons fish sauce
4 tablespoons fresh lime juice

Steps:

  • Store in sealed container in refrigerator.
  • Serve as a table condiment for Thai and other Asian dishes.
