1 lb cleaned mushroom, sliced if you prefer
1/2 cup butter
1 tablespoon marjoram
1 teaspoon minced chives
salt and pepper
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/4 cup dry white wine

Steps:

  • Place cleaned mushrooms in your crock pot.
  • Place butter on top.
  • Mix remaining ingredients and pour over the top.
  • Cover and cook for 4 hours on low or until tender.
