Crock Pot Spicy Taco Soup image

I came up with this the other day when I couldn't find any recipe that had what I wanted. We loved it...hope your family does too! If you don't want it too spicy substitute green chilies diced tomatoes and regular taco seasoning mix and mild chili beans. Enjoy!

I'm allergic to tomatoes, so I substituted tomato paste for the diced tomatoes. The soup still turned out great!

I followed the recipe exactly, but my soup turned out bland. I think I might have used the wrong kind of chili powder.

The soup was a bit too spicy for my taste, but I was able to tone it down by adding some sour cream.
