I'm not a fan of Tex-Mex food, so I wasn't sure if I would like this lasagna. But I was pleasantly surprised! The flavors were great and the lasagna was very cheesy. I would definitely make this again.

This lasagna was a bit bland for my taste. I think I would add more spices next time.

This lasagna was a hit with my family! The Tex-Mex flavors were a nice change from the traditional Italian lasagna. I especially liked the addition of the corn and black beans. I will definitely be making this again.
