This soup was terrible. The broth was watery and tasteless, and the vegetables were mushy. I would not recommend this recipe.

I'm not a huge fan of minestrone soup, but this recipe was actually pretty good. The broth was flavorful, and the vegetables were cooked perfectly. I would definitely make this soup again.

This soup was a bit bland for my taste. I added some extra salt and pepper, and it was much better. I also added some shredded chicken to give it a little more protein.

I've made this soup several times now, and it's always a hit. It's so easy to make, and it's always delicious. I love that I can add whatever vegetables I have on hand. It's the perfect soup for a cold winter day.
