I tried this at a church potluck years ago and begged for the recipe. The crunchy cornflake topping pairs well with the creamy rice casserole. - Beth Logan, Lakefield, Ontario.

I'm giving this recipe 3 stars because it has potential but needs some tweaking. The flavors are good but the texture was a bit off.

I've tried this recipe twice now and both times it's been a disaster. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong.

I followed the recipe but the casserole didn't turn out as expected. The rice was mushy and the casserole was overall too salty.
