Steps:
- 1. Heat oil in lg skillet over medium heat. Add onions, peppers and garlic. Saute for about 5 mins. Add beef or ground turkey. Cook until browned.
- 2. Place all ingredients in lg pot. Add tomatoes. Cover, simmer over med-low. Cook pasta as directed, but only until almost done. Drain. Add pasta to pot. Simmer 1/2 hr. Season w/ salt, pepper and hot sauce.
