I love how versatile this salad is. You can add or remove ingredients to suit your own taste. For example, I like to add some chopped cilantro or mint to mine.

This salad is a great way to use up leftover daikon radish. I had some leftover from making kimchi and I didn't know what to do with it. This salad was the perfect solution!

I'm not a huge fan of radishes, but I really enjoyed this salad. The dressing is so flavorful and it really helps to balance out the bitterness of the radish. I'll definitely be making this again.

I love the combination of flavors in this salad. The daikon radish is slightly bitter, the carrots are sweet, and the dressing is tangy and slightly spicy. It's a perfect balance of flavors and textures.

This salad was a bit too spicy for my taste, but I think that's just because I used too much chili sauce. Next time I'll use less and see how it turns out.

This salad is a refreshing and delicious way to enjoy daikon radish. The sweet and tangy dressing balances out the slightly bitter flavor of the radish, and the crunch of the radish adds a nice texture. I also love that this salad is so easy to make
