2 eggs
1/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon vanilla

Steps:

  • Mix all ingredients (except shell) in a food processor until well blended.
  • Put mixture in pie shell.
  • Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes.
