Yield 1 to 2 servings

Number Of Ingredients 5

1 to 2 cups cream or half-and-half
1 cup plain yogurt
1/4 cup honey
1/2 cup dried, pitted dates, roughly chopped
Grated nutmeg

Steps:

  • Put all the ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth. Pour into a glass or glasses and serve.

This shake was a bit too sweet for my taste, but I think that's because I used Medjool dates. Next time I'll try using a different type of date.
