Deb's Favorite Way to Eat Fresh Fruit image

This lends itself well to most fresh fruits. The recipe is for one but can easily be increased to feed more. This is always a hit at pot lucks and parties. I have been making this since I was 17 so no longer remember were it came from.

Number Of Ingredients 3

1 c fresh fruit, bananas, berries, figs, peaches, grapes, any fruit and combo you like
1/4 c sour cream, can use fat - free
2 tsp brown sugar

Steps:

  • 1. Place fruit in a serving dish.
  • 2. Blend sour cream and brown sugar together in a small bowl.
  • 3. Spoon sour cream mixture over fruit and enjoy.
