I like menudo, but not tripe. I find by using lean pork chops, it is healthy and delicious and tastes much better.

This is the worst menudo recipe I've ever tried. The broth was bland and the vegetables were overcooked.

This recipe is a great way to get your kids to eat their vegetables. My kids loved the menudo, and they didn't even realize they were eating vegetables.

I'm not sure if I did something wrong, but the menudo turned out really watery. I had to thicken it up with some cornstarch.

The menudo was a bit too spicy for my taste. I had to tone it down by adding some milk.

This recipe is a great way to use up leftover pork. I always have a lot of pork leftover from making carnitas, and this is a great way to use it up.
