Steps:
- 1. In a medium sized pot or deep fryer, add 4 cups of oil, and heat to 350F. In a medium sized bowl combine pancake mix and water & white chocolate chips and mix until blended.
- 2. Use a cookie scoop to scoop out pancake batter and drop into hot oil. Turn pancake puppy when the pancake dough ball turns brown, flip by using a slotted spoon, and cook until the other side has been browned.
- 3. Remove cooked puppies and drain on paper towels. Roll puppies in powdered sugar, and top with remaining powder sugar and serve with your favorite syrup.
