Deviled Eggs image

This is a family favorite during the holidays. It was one of the first recipes I taught my daughter. It's my go to recipe when someone asks me to bring a side dish to a group event. For my WW friends, it's 2 points for one serving.

Number Of Ingredients 8

6 hard boiled eggs
1/4 c mayo
1 tsp mustard
1 tsp pickle juice
1/2 tsp hot sauce
1/8 tsp garlic powder
1/8 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper

Steps:

  • 1. Hard boil eggs. Cool. Peel. Slice in halves and remove yolk. Reserve yokes in small mixing bowl.
  • 2. Add ingredients to yokes in mixing bowl and stir until completely combined.
  • 3. Fill egg halves with yolk mixture.

I'm not a big fan of deviled eggs, but I have to admit that these were pretty good. The filling was light and fluffy, and the mustard gave them a nice tang.
