- 1. Slice zucchini in half, lengthwise.
- 2. Place zucchini in a skillet and cover with water.
- 3. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Cook until tender; about 12-14 minutes.
- 4. Drain.
- 5. Brush with margarine. Sprinkil will dill, salt and pepper.
