3 tablespoons vegetable oil
3 teaspoons vegetable oil
2 cups veggie burgers (or other meatless burgers)

This is a great recipe to make ahead of time. I made it the night before and reheated it for lunch the next day. It was just as good the second day.

This dish was a bit too oily for my taste. I blotted the rice with paper towels before serving, and it helped a lot. Overall, it was a good recipe and I would make it again.

I found that this recipe was a bit bland. I added some extra spices to taste, and it turned out great. I would definitely make this again, but I would add more spices next time.
