DO-AHEAD BREAKFAST BAKE image

1-2 cups diced cooked ham
2 6oz pkg hashbrowns
1 cup green bell pepper, chopped
1 tbsp instant chopped onion
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
3 cups milk
1 cup bisquick
1/2 tsp salt
3 eggs

Steps:

  • Grease 13/9/2 dish. Mix ham, potatoes, peppers, onion and 1 cup of cheese. spread in baking dish. Stir milk, bisquick, salt and eggs until blended. Pour over potatoes mixture. Sprinkle with remaining 1 cup cheese. Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours but no longer than 24 hours. Uncover and bake at 375 for 30-35 minutes or until light golden brown around the edges and cheese is melted. Leet stand 10 minutes before serving.
