3 cups Original Bisquick™ mix
2/3 cup very hot water
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
4 smoked string cheese pieces (from 4- or 8-oz package), cut lengthwise in half
1/4 cup Italian-style tomato paste
1 small onion, cut lengthwise in half, then cut crosswise into thin slices
1/2 medium bell pepper, thinly sliced
1 can (4 oz) mushroom pieces and stems, drained
1/2 package (3.5-oz size) sliced pepperoni
1 can (2 1/4 oz) sliced ripe olives, drained, if desired

Great recipe! The pizza turned out perfectly. I used a pre-made crust and it still came out great.

This pizza was a hit! The crust was crispy and the cheese was gooey and flavorful. The pepperoni added a nice spicy kick. I will definitely be making this again.
