This is a great winter warmer-upper!! Beef and vegetables are simmered in a tomato based stew. This is great with corn bread and cheese.

This stew is way too salty. I'm not sure if I added too much salt, or if the recipe is just wrong.

I was short on time, so I used frozen vegetables instead of fresh. The stew still turned out great!

This stew was a bit too spicy for my taste, but my husband loved it. I'll definitely make it again, but I'll use less chili powder next time.

This stew is fantastic! The flavors are rich and complex, and the meat is fall-apart tender. I followed the recipe exactly, and it turned out perfectly.
