Dried Cherry Couscous Salad image

Unique picnic side dish. I've made this several times when bringing a side dish to summer barbecues. Every time, there's at least one person that asks me for the recipe. The original recipe also calls for 1 cup chopped onions, but I leave this out.

This salad was a bit too dry for my liking. I think I'll add some more dressing next time.

I found this salad to be too sweet. I think I'll use less dried cherries next time.

This salad is a bit bland for my taste. I think it would be better with a more flavorful dressing.

I'm not a big fan of couscous, but I really enjoyed this salad. The dressing is light and flavorful and the dried cherries add a nice touch of sweetness.
