I made these for my family and they loved them! The combination of sweet and salty is perfect. I used thick-cut bacon and it was cooked to perfection. The dates were also very soft and chewy.

These were a hit at my last party! I used a variety of dates, including Medjool, Deglet Noor, and Halawi. The bacon was cooked to perfection and the dates were soft and chewy. I will definitely be making these again.
