This recipe is a great way to get kids involved in the kitchen. My kids love to help me make these apples. They love to roll the apples in the cinnamon sugar mixture and then watch them bake in the oven.

I love this recipe because it's so versatile. You can use any type of apple you like, and you can adjust the amount of cinnamon sugar to your liking. I also like to add a little bit of nutmeg to the cinnamon sugar mixture.
