EASY BROCCOLI CHESSE QUICHE image

Yield Serves approximately 12-15

Number Of Ingredients 7

5 eggs beaten
1/4 cup grated romano cheese
3 Tablespoons melted margarine
3/4 cup milk
1 pkg. frozen Broccoli Florets or frozen chopped broccoli (cooked and drained)
1 8 oz pkg. Monteray Jack shredded cheese
2 pkgs. Refrigerated Crescent Rolls

Steps:

  • Mix first 4 ingredients in mixing bowl until blended. Cook frozen broccoli and drain. Line a 13 x 9 pan with unrolled crescent roll dough going halfway up sides of pan. Pour egg/cheese mixture over dough then add broccoli. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top of everything. Fold down sides of crescent roll dough so it gently lays on top of mixture. Bake 350 degress for 25-30 minutes or until golden. Cool a little and cut into squares to serve.
