Easy Chicken and Rice Casserole image

My kids absolutely love this! And it's super simple to make!

Number Of Ingredients 5

6 boneless skinless chicken strips, uncooked
1 can(s) cream of mushroom soup (large can)
3 c uncooked rice
3 c water
2 c cheddar cheese, shredded (optional)

Steps:

  • 1. Preheat oven to 375.
  • 2. Pour rice into 9x13 dish, add water and soup. Mix well.
  • 3. Press chicken strips down into the rice mixture.
  • 4. Cover tightly with aluminum foil and bake for 1 hour.
  • 5. (Optional) Remove foil and top with cheese and bake until melted.
