i wanted something quick and easy...this works....nice thing is u can serve these with anything u want to....pasta,potatoes.bread,or alone.... pic is of meatballs after puttin in freezer bag ready to go in freezer.....

Steps:
- 1. mix everything together in lg bowl[use 1/2 the sauce cover and put in fridge for several hrs
- 2. pre heat oven to 350...spray a cookie sheet with non stick spray.... shape meat into bout 1 in balls... place on pan...continue til all meatballs are on pan
- 3. take the rest of the sauce and drizzle some on top of each meatball bake in oven 25 min....serve on top of fav side[i used brown rice] with any leftover sauce on top....and enjoy!!!!
