This is a recipe a fellow employee gave me years ago when we had one of our monthly pot-luck lunches. It was just so simple and delicious that I haven't made a cobbler the "old-fashioned" way in years.

Steps:
- 1. Melt butter in 9 x 13 baking dish in oven.
- 2. Mix baking mix, sugar and milk in a medium bowl.
- 3. Pour batter in pan with melted butter.
- 4. Spoon peaches and juice over batter (pour any extra juice over the batter also). Do not stir.
- 5. Combine brown sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over top of mixture.
- 6. Bake for 1 hour at 350 F.
- 7. Serve warm with ice cream, whipped topping or just plain.
