1 banana, overripe (frozen or not)
1/3-1/2 cup skim milk
1 tablespoon ovaltine (chocolate flavour, for gluten-free, but I use original)
2 teaspoons non-fat vanilla yogurt

Steps:

  • Stick in a blender and blend!
  • Enjoy!
