Steps:
- 1. Heat oven to 325F. Lightly grease & flour custard cups.
- 2. Sift together dry ingredients in large bowl.
- 3. Beat egg whites with the sugar until sift peaks & glossy.
- 4. Combine wet ingredients to flour mixture. Fold in egg whites. Make sure not to over fold.
- 5. Pour into custard cups, set in pan of hot water & bake for 45 mins.
- 6. Let cool.
