Steps:
- peel and core apple (you can do more than one and refrigerate left over)slice and cook on low till mushy with sugar and lemon. Hollow out center of bread put aside. Lightly toast bread. Butter to taste. Add cinnamon and sugar. Put in apple. 'Plug' with bread removed earlier.
