Quick and easy to make, this pork fried rice is a great weeknight meal. The rice is fluffy and flavorful, and the pork is tender and juicy. I added some extra vegetables, like broccoli and bell peppers, to make it even more nutritious.

This pork fried rice recipe is a keeper! It's easy to follow and the results are delicious. I especially love the addition of the peas and carrots, which add a pop of color and flavor. I will definitely be making this again.
