I'm not a big fan of mushrooms, but I really enjoyed this fried rice. The mushrooms were cooked perfectly and they didn't have a strong flavor. The overall dish was very flavorful and satisfying.

This fried rice was a bit bland for my taste. I think I would have liked it more if I had added some more soy sauce or chili sauce.
