Gradually add half-n-half, stirring until mixture thickens. Season with House seasonings Add dry mustard & Gruyere and stir until melted. Pour sauce over eggs Sprinkle with Parmesan Bake for approximately 20-30 minutes until bubbling & top is golden brown.
