1/2 lb butter or 1/2 lb margarine
1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon water

Steps:

  • Cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Add vanilla, flour and water. Blend well. Drop by spoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet.
  • Bake at 375 degrees until light brown. (about 10-15 minutes).
