This is a great recipe for a quick and easy lunch. I usually make it with whole wheat bread and add a little bit of chopped vegetables, such as onions, peppers, or mushrooms, to mine for extra flavor.

I'm not a big fan of eggs, but I really enjoyed this recipe. The bread pocket kept the egg from being too runny and the cheese added a nice flavor. I'll definitely be making this again.

I was a little skeptical about this recipe at first, but I'm glad I tried it. The egg and cheese were cooked perfectly and the bread was crispy and delicious. I'll definitely be making this again for breakfast or lunch.

This is a fun and unique way to cook an egg. The bread pocket keeps the egg from running all over the pan and the cheese adds a nice gooey touch. I'll definitely be making this again.
