2 lbs green beans
1/3 cup clarified butter or coconut oil
1/2 fresh lemon
pinch salt
1/2 cup toasted shaved almonds

Steps:

  • Toast almonds and set aside Boil green beans for approximately 5-6 mins. They should be partially cooked and still have a firmness to them. Strain Place in serving dish Evening pour on butter Sprinkle a pinch of salt Grate lemon rind on top Squeeze lemon juice on top Sprinkle with toasted almonds, serve immediately and enjoy.
